Terminal Logistics Center has been situated for success near the core of the New York market by John F. Kennedy Airport. Due to the growth of ecommerce and last-mile distribution centers, the warehouse offers multiple levels for conveniently managing and storing cargo. With 5 stories and a cellar, the project totals 428,000 square-feet. The warehouse will be located at 130-24 South Conduit Avenue in Queens, NY.
